This is also a late piece I did for the amazing ~Hakaishi who had a birthday not too long back. Took longer than I thought.

So this is my belated birthday present to Hakaishi(Hakuguin) who loves Rockhopper Penguins

Did it a little while ago, by hand in my drawing book.
This type of art is one of my more difficult and intrecate pieces.

Things I used: non-photo blue pencil, a fine black pen, and a filler pen. (edited it on the computer just a smidge)
